Each one has a street entrance, and the two are connected by a bridge which crosses a pond. The secondary building has a small bathroom, and could be used to house a Sim.
The main house has a wide country-style kitchen and living room on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a racing-style bedroom. In addition to the pond, there is a lemon tree outside of the house.
Some players consider this house to be most suitable for the Ottomas family, which is in the Seasons family bin, as it has sufficient bedrooms and they can afford to buy it.

On the left there are two archway accessible rooms, with the first being an empty medium-size room that contains a stereo. The kitchen can be entered from the living room or the room with the stereo. The kitchen contains a back door that leads to a swimming pool and swingset. The living room leads to a full bathroom. The remaining two rooms on the right are empty; one of those rooms can only be accessed by the Very Mysterious Shelving bookshelf.
The second floor consist of a hallway and three bedrooms. One has a double bed and an empty bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are empty and share a common bathroom, which contains countertops but no plumbing.
